The UBF Board brings together a wide array of talented individuals including alumni and friends of the University who are leaders in the fields of business, Law, and the applied liberal arts.

The Board currently meets three times per year with special meetings called as necessary. Committees meet regularly throughout the year and report at each of the full board meetings on activities. The standing committees of the Foundation are: Executive, Audit and Finance, Governance and Planning, and Investment.
